• Choose a toilet from the City-selected eligible toilets
• Purchase a toilet at most retailers (PDF) in the City of Toronto
• Install an eligible City-selected toilet in residential unit - Call us!  Tradesmen PLUS
• Provide the original bill of sale for the eligible toilet
• Complete the rebate form (PDF) and include a valid water account number for the installation address
• Return the completed form and original sales receipts to:
